Full text of the calligraphy
Allah — there is no deity except Him, the Ever-Living, the Sustainer. Neither drowsiness overtakes Him nor sleep. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. Who is it that can intercede with Him except by His permission? He knows what is before them and what is behind them, and they encompass nothing of His knowledge except what He wills. His Seat encompasses the heavens and the earth, and preserving them does not burden Him. And He is the Most High, the Most Great.
Item Description
Calligraphy in the Kairouanese Kufic style, enriched with a watercolor-inspired texture applied to the background. Two arabesque motifs are placed on either side of the Majestic Name “Allah”.
